The tracking is decent most of the time, but the map updates can be late and sometimes it looks like the driver is farther away than they actually are. The driver usually shows up fine, so it’s not a huge issue, but it’s frustrating when there’s no real human to contact if you’re confused or need an update. Everything feels automated, which gets annoying when the tracking isn’t accurate.

I was hoping there’d be more restaurants and stores nearby, but the choices are limited. Maybe it depends on the area or something, but for me it’s just... not much to pick from.

I like Glovo when I’m in the city because it usually works smoothly for me. The annoying part is that where I live, it’s still not covered most days. I can see places nearby that I’d order from, but then I can’t actually place an order, which is frustrating.

Glovo does the job most of the time, but I was expecting the app to be a bit more reliable. It sometimes freezes when I’m trying to track an order or make a payment, which is frustrating in the moment. Restarting the app usually sorts it out, so it’s not a huge deal, but it definitely makes the experience feel less polished than I hoped. Overall it’s okay, just needs to be more stable.

I had to verify my account again, which was a little annoying, and I was kind of expecting at least an apology for the extra hassle. That said, it ended up being quicker than I thought. The code came through fast, and I was back in without much trouble. Simple enough overall

"Preorders just don’t feel dependable"
So... I’ve tried scheduling food ahead on Glovo a few times, but the delivery times keep shifting or the restaurants suddenly show as unavailable at the last minute. It’s fine when I’m ordering something quickly, but trying to plan dinner with it gets a bit stressful

It took a bit longer than I expected, but they did get my refund sorted in the end. I was a little unsure at first because... yeah, refunds can be a hassle sometimes, but it turned out fine.

"Missing Item and Lost Trust"
My order arrived with one item missing, which was really disappointing. I get that mistakes can happen, but now I feel like I have to double-check everything from this place, and that kind of takes away my trust in them. Not a great experience

"Fees kept popping up"
This app was frustrating. The price looks okay at first, then all of a sudden there’s a delivery fee, service fee, and more fees, fees, fees near the end. It’s hard to tell what you’re actually going to pay until you’re almost checking out. I ended up canceling my last order because it just didn’t feel clear at all.

I’m not even exaggerating, the updates were so clear and helpful that I felt like I could finally relax. No guessing, no stressing, just straightforward info when I needed it. Such a relief!

I order through Glovo often, so maybe I’m a bit biased because I’m used to the app, but paying by card has been fine most of the time. My card is already saved, the payment usually goes through quickly, and I don’t really have to think about it. I did have one time where it looked like the payment failed, but after a few minutes it sorted itself out. I’d still like the refund status to be clearer, because that part can feel a bit vague, but overall I’ve found the payment side reliable...

"Easy to use, though a little cluttered when I’m tired"
I use the Glovo app often and overall it’s simple enough to get around. Finding restaurants or shops is quick, and the checkout process is usually clear. The map and order tracking work fine most of the time too. My only real issue is that some menus feel a bit crowded, especially when I’m mentally drained after a long day, and I end up tapping the wrong thing now and then. Still, it’s convenient and I keep coming back to it.

My order showed up with items missing, and Glovo only offered me a tiny credit that wasn’t even close to what I actually paid. The refund process took way too long, and support kept sending the same copy-paste replies, which left me feeling mentally drained. I get that mistakes happen, but the compensation felt unfair, and I had to keep chasing them just to get anywhere. It’s not the worst app out there, but when something goes wrong, it becomes really frustrating.

"Menu was wrong again"
I ordered a pizza based on the menu they had listed, but when I got there the restaurant had a totally different menu. This isn’t the first time it’s happened either, so I feel stupid for trusting it again. Super frustrating

The delivery has been a bit hit-or-miss for me. Sometimes it shows up right on time and everything feels easy, and other times there are delays that make the whole experience feel less smooth. If you absolutely have to use Glovo, which I definitely do not recommend, pay only in cash upon delivery. DO NOT add your credit card to this app – you’re guaranteed to get scammed sooner or later. These aren’t isolated incidents; it’s the norm!

"Glovo Croatia is a joke."
I have been forced to pay 13 euros for food that came very cold as the greedy delivery man took 4 orders at once and came with mine last after 20 minutes. Glovo support could only provide ''deep apologies'' and leave me to deal with it on my own, with a delivery man who doesnt even speak our country's language and speaks gibberish english. Thanks a lot.
