"Glovo Kenya Complaint"
My order wasn't delivered so I cancelled, the refund wasn't done by Glovo Kenya.
Two weeks now following. Very unprofessional service

"BAD SERVICE! No one is answering on the app!"
VERY TERRIBLE SERVICE! No one is answering on the app!! 4 times I have ordered groceries from you, and each time I received products of poor quality, not fresh with mold or dirty that it is impossible to eat them. I complained but no one answered me. Today I received 4 expired items and one item was missed. when I left a request in the application, they wrote to me “thank you for your feedback. seriously?? I gave money for products that are either unusable or did not come at all and at the same time no one answers me anywhere !!!

"Moldy carpaccio and NO REFUND! They closed the chat twice!"
For the second time!!! In just one week, our 4 pieces of Carpaccio order from DIA contained two packages that weren't good.
The first time we had slimy meat even though the date was still fine for a few more weeks. They refunded these 2 packages, I figured we were just unlucky.
On Saturday we ordered another 4 packs of which we ate 2 on Saturday, all good. Today during lunch we wanted to consume the other two and while placing the meat on our plate, and opening the cheese included, these were all green and molded. At this point, I don't dare to try the meat anymore, especially not with the previous experience.
Today I instantly sent them the pictures and complaint and I received an apology and they closed the chat. It could have been by accident, but Averlyn (Glovo support Espana) did the same thing the second time without even answering anything.
You should be ashamed of yourself for letting the customer pay for moldy food and not even refunding them! I unsubscribed from PRIME and will make sure the word gets out about how bad your service is!

Glovo Serbia. Btw rhis is not the first time this happened. My order was not complete, and I got a refund for the missing part. Since the missing part was still missing, I reorder it and asked for the delivery not to be charged. This was not due my error and why would I need to pay the delivery twice. They refused this, and also said that if I cancel the order now it will still be fully charged. So, so long loosers, never again.

"When In Rome - do as the Romans do and don’t use GLOVO"
If you or a loved one is traveling advise them to stay clear of GLOVO. Since this fiasco I’ve found to suggest Deliveroo instead.
My grandson is traveling alone in Rome right now. He’s taken a trip with money that he’s earned working in landscaping and automobile detailing, after college graduation, to explore other cultures before he begins adulthood in earnest.
Stretching his money as far and as long as he can - by sleeping in hostels and eating McDonald’s - he’s at the end of his savings and leaving for home today.
His final splurge was spending his last €16 to have McDonald’s delivered by GLOVO - a food delivery service (much like Uber eats I would imagine).
When the food arrived the drink that was placed inside the bag and had spilled across his entire meal. At that time assurances were made that he would be reimbursed since he couldn’t eat the meal at all and couldn’t have it re-delivered as he was about ready to board his flight.
However when reporting the mishap on the app the refund was reneged (see screenshot). With no explanation GLOVO customer service had the audacity to ask him to use their service again, promising a much better outcome next time.
NEXT TIME???
ARE YOU KIDDING ME RIGHT NOW???
Previous promises had been broken. New promises are made. Do they honestly believe customers are so gullible? NO, this was simply a total disrespect and brush off.
Proof positive that GLOVO is not worth your money. It certainly is not worth your trust!!

I ordered roses for Sant Jordi on Glovo.. first they send me a confirmation of the order. The day they should deliver the roses, they just cancelled my order...
What a poor service!
Heard of many people who had a similar experience..

"Scammers!"
Avoid! We ordered food, said it was delivered, we never saw the delivery driver, tried to contact customer service 8+ times and each time the chat or call would get cut off. Basically stole our money! Avoid these scammers!

Rubbish app, I have been waiting for 2 hours my food order has not arrived. 😱 I will delete this app.
"Coupons unusable"
They send coupons in newsletter which you can't use. On first use it says you already used it although you never purchased with the code. If you accidentally click on the link in the email they consider you used the coupon even though you never purchased with the coupon. Who in their right mind, what type of company does that? How can you consider a coupon used after a simple click, if it wasn't used in an actual purchase (money spent)? Even if you try to add the coupon code to the app, to have it available on the phone app when you order, they consider you used the coupon. Just y copy pasting it from the email. Mind blowing stupidity if you ask me... Besides that, their paid plan says it will remove delivery fees. Which is a lie again because in many cases the fee was still there. In fact if you read the fine print you'll see that they say it depends on the restaurant, so it's only for some restaurants. So if it's not for every restaurant then why is it promoted as such? Liars and id...s in my opinion. Time and money wasted. Use other apps you will be better off.

"The worst decision ever was to install…"
The worst decision ever was to install the Glovo app even though I never used it before arriving in Barcelona.
I went out to wait for the driver 5 minutes earlier, but he never ate.
After 30 minutes of freezing on the street, they took my money, I can't get a driver and the customer service is totally useless.
